The 81st annual conference of the Indian Mathematical Society (IMS) will be held at VNIT, Nagpur, Maharashtra during December 27‐30, 2015 under the presidentship of Prof. A. M. Mathai, Director, Centre for Mathematical Sciences, Pala (Kerala). and Emeritus Professor,McGill University, Canada.

    IMS is the India's oldest scientific society and the largest Mathematical society, founded in 1907 with its head quarters at Pune.The objective of the society is to promote study and research in Mathematical sciences in the country. Its central activity is to inspire and encourage researchers,educationists, students and all Mathematics loving persons. The annual conference of the Society has full of enriching programs such as lectures by eminent Mathematicians, symposia on current areas of research and presentations of research papers by researchersfrom all over the country. In this conference a panel discussion on Credit based choice system will be conducted.
